A lovely homey bedroom in a small Apartment 2 bedroom apartment in central Amsterdam. Shared with YAN the owner .
Please be respectful to my neighbours by being silent when walking up the stairs ( 37 steps ) till inside my apartment . Thank you .
Balcony, when on balcony please keep voices low 🙏 after 10 PM no access to Balcony please 🙏 NO NOISE on balcony ..
There are plates and cups and glazen and cutlery in room as Is a hotwater kettle and fridge .
There is a small microwave to warm up a meal from supermarket ...... NO COOKING only for warming up
NO kitchen facilties available for guests
Hello I am Yan . I am a registered nurse and have traveled myself to many places in the world
and appreciate a very good sleep after a day of sightseeing and entertainment .
Hence the quality of my quiet bedroom and noise restrictions te enable a very good sleep.
Drug Abuse and alcohol Abuse has NO place in this apartment . of course a drink and smoke for normal leisure is allowed. NO access to balcony after 2200 hrs
Please be aware NO kitchen option available . Supermarket 5 min walk
And many restaurants nearby.
Anna Frank house , RijksMuseum , van Gogh museum , Mocco museum all walking distance from my apartment
Also Vondel park and cycle rental very near my apartment
