From the dining area, you also enter the one bedroom, equipped with a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm for a night of healthy sleep as well as its own ground-level shower and sink. Between the living and dining areas, the spiral staircase leads up to the upper floor. You can already look forward to a restful night's sleep in one of the 3 double box spring beds 180 x 200 cm, distributed in three spacious bedrooms. But also the bathroom with ground-level shower, bathtub, double sink, and toilet leaves nothing to be desired. You enter the green garden through a sliding door in the living area. Enjoy an aperitif in the southern separate outdoor seating area or enjoy the blazing fire in the outdoor fireplace on the partially covered garden seating area directly by the house.
