The studios are on the first floor of a historic house where Arnold Schoenberg lived in the early 1920s, a few minutes' walk from the beach. The studios, on the first floor accessible by stairs, feature a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with a cooker, fridge, microwave and kitchenware. The shared bathroom and separate shared toilet of studio 1 and studio 2 are located in the corridor. Bed linen (bed consists of two separate box-spring beds that can be separated) and towels are provided.
