This upper-floor apartment spreads across two levels. Enter via the private hall and follow the staircase to your apartment. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious hall with wardrobe and a separate toilet. From here you enter the Piet Zwart kitchen, a 1930 design classic equipped with Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster. Everything you need for a relaxed stay, whether preparing breakfast or cooking dinner. The living room is bright and comfortable, with a seating area, cabinet with glassware, and a characteristic balcony overlooking the canal and iconic Peperbus. The sofa converts into a double bed (140×200 cm). Bedroom 1 offers two single beds joined as a king (180×200 cm), a washbasin and a small balcony overlooking the garden. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a sturdy bunk bed and connects to the bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer. Upstairs you’ll find the Master Suite with a king-size bed (2x 90×200 cm), plenty of storage and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Luxury toiletries from The Gift Label Amsterdam and free coffee and tea make your stay extra pleasant. Huys aan de Kade is spread over two floors and does not have an elevator. This is a luxury short stay, not a party venue. Please respect the house, neighbors and surroundings. In case of nuisance or misuse, measures will be taken.

Please note that we do not have a reception at the property. Check-in is arranged online, so you can arrive at your own pace and with maximum flexibility.
