Hello, I'm Simon, and I live with my 3 sons in Kampen, Holland. I am usually around if needed, and if not my co-host lives not far away. I reply to messages via Airbnb immediately.

Property information

The Tiny Garage is built onto our house,a renovated stables,and is approximately 20 square meters in total. We live next to the Ijssel river on the edge of Kampen. It's a cosy studio,selfcontained, with a simple kitchen (microwave), also a washer and dryer. It's nice and warm, with a good double bed and a modern bathroom. You have your own parking space and an outside area where you can sit in the sun! There is also an outside power supply for recharging E-bikes.

Neighbourhood information

We live next to a jacht harbour, with small parks on both sides. The area is between the old town and the more industrial part of Kampen. There is virtually no traffic as we live in a cul-de-sac. The nearest train station is about 5 minutes away by car or bike, or a 15 minutes walk along the river. Amsterdam is about 75 minutes by car, depending on traffic, and more or less the same by train.
