In the center of Royal Baarn it is wonderful to stay in our studio with patio. This lovely studio is tastefully equipped; cozy sitting area, pantry, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. And the air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Everything is within walking distance and by train you are within 30 minutes in Amsterdam and Utrecht. You enjoy the fully detached soundproof studio and it's private patio. As soon as you enter the patio you will notice an oasis of peace, warmth and shelter. The parasol provides shade if necessary. Everything in the studio is new and smartly furnished to give as much space as needed. You can check in and out yourself via the use of a key locker box, giving you freedom and privacy. It goes without saying that excellent WiFi and a smart TV are available. The studio is fully isolated so that the indoor temperature can be regulated well and the noise remains outside. In addition, all electricity is generated with solar panels. A true sustainable home to go.

The host grants her guests complete privacy; they can come and go as they please during their stay. However, if help is needed or if there are any questions, she is easily accessible via WhatsApp or the booking platform. She enjoys it when guests have a pleasant stay and runs this studio alongside her job and being a mother. Her motto: "it must be a place where I would like to stay myself!"

The studio is located in a quiet residential area. It is a detached studio with privacy in the patio and studio. It is located in a wide street with many trees, in a friendly neighbourhood. The city center is a 5-minute walk, the bakery and butcher are a 2-minute walk. Supermarket is 3 minutes walk.
