The house is fully equipped with all amenities. There is an infrared sauna, washing machine, dishwasher, and internet. The toilet and shower are separate rooms. There is a covered terrace. BBQ in the garden is possible, there is not a grill. There are two parking spaces in front of the house. The playground is less than 40 meters away. Due to the outdated internet cabling infrastructure, the only available connection in this village offers a limited speed of up to 30 Mb.
