St Hanshaugen is a centrally located neighbourhood with most people saying it has the best park in the city which is 2 minutes away, it has a theatre at the top with a great view over the city, St Hanshaugen has great local amenities, with several restaurants, supermarkets and a few wine bars, only 10 walk to Alexander Kielland place & Akerselva river with many other places to eat/drink and sit outside and enjoy the sun, the apartment is centrally located so you can walk down the hill to the centre in only 10 minutes or take the 37 bus, or you can take the 21 bus a short bus journey to the port Aker Brygge. There is parking in the area but it is free after 2100 and before 0900 in the morning in most areas, free on Sundays. It is central Oslo so there is a cost per hour outside of these hours. Små Hanz gastric restaurant is 1 minute away as well as the popular wine bar ´Rouleur´ which is great to visit on the way home.
