The area around the cabin is perfect for both short walks and longer hikes. In winter, you can put on your skis right outside the door and explore the local slopes or take a trip to Aurdal for alpine skiing. Bjørgovarden, Totjern and Fjellsvarden are nearby, perfect destinations for day trips. In the summer, the kids will love eating on a rock shelf at upper Totjern, and you can swim in Totjern or at Bruflat. In winter, the area offers fantastic ski trails and opportunities for downhill skiing in Aurdal. Ski in / ski out: There are cross-country ski trails right outside the cabin.
