Enjoy the city view with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine under the open sky. 🅿️ Parking: Paid public parking is available in the area (not included). The nearest parking garage is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. 🏡 Layout: The apartment features one bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living room – bright and airy with access to the shared rooftop terrace. Everything you need is conveniently laid out for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 📍 Distances: Located right in the city center – within walking distance to Fløyen, Stoltzekleiven, and Bergen’s best restaurants, bars, and shops. 🚭 Important to Note: Smoking and pets are not allowed – to ensure a clean and allergy-friendly environment. 💡 Guest Access: The entire apartment is exclusively yours during your stay. You’ll have private access to the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a lovely rooftop terrace. 🧺 A washing machine and drying rack are available in the apartment, and there’s also access to a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer for a small fee.

The apartment sits in the heart of the city, perched on the 4th floor with a sun-drenched rooftop terrace extending well into the evening. An ideal spot for city exploration, boasting an array of services right outside your door, perfect for short visits or longer stays Walking distance to the center with several transport options in all directions. There are many paid parking facilities around the city. The largest and recommended by us is called "Klostergarasjen". The facility is large, so park at the exit called "Veiten, Markveien, Torgallmenningen".
