Slip on your slippers and swimwear and take a refreshing morning dip in the fjord. Just below the house, you'll find a lovely little beach with an adjoining playground. In the evening, take a walk along the Fjord Trail and enjoy the sound of gentle waves and the beautiful view of the Sognefjord. Practical information: Bed linen and towels (includes bath towel and hand towel) can be rented for NOK 200 per person. Payment can be made via PayPal or Vipps. This must be arranged before arrival. Camilla and Tormod live on the charming family farm Nordistu Rise, beautifully located in Oppdal. Here, we run a potato farm and have spent a lot of time and care fully renovating the oldest buildings on the property. If you have access to a car, we recommend a trip to the beautiful beach at Eide, about a 10-minute drive toward Kaupanger. It’s a shallow, shell-sand beach – as shown in the last two photos of our listing. Sogndal and the surrounding areas offer a perfect mix of mountains, fjords, history, and nature experiences – ideal for both relaxation and adventure!
