Pradhan House - Home Stay with Garden

My name is Ganesh Lal. I am 50 years old. I have been running this business since 2016. Before this business, I used to run a Music shop. I live with my family in ground floor and 1st & 2nd floors are for guests.

Pradhan House Home Stay, located in the heart of Bhaktapur, is being run by local Newari family of 4 since 2016. It is a 3 storeyed building with a beautiful garden where guests can relax and do their activities. We have total 6 rooms with attatched bathroom and all necessary room facilities. Guests will get opportunity to experience many local dishes as well as many festivals in our homestay. We make sure that our guests feel like their own house in our homestay.

Bhaktapur is a city of devotees so there are lots temple bells going from 5am. And in the evening, almost all the temples would have old folk singing away traditional newari rhymns. Dattatraya Square 100 meters from our place, is the one of the oldest places of the city which also has an open museum, especially famous for wood carving. Dattatraya Temple (the oldest temple of the city), bhimsen temple, water spouts, peacock window and mathhs are the major art and architecture of site in Dattatraya Square. Brass & bronze, wood carving museum also can be observed in the square. Other famous squares, Durbar Square, the main square of Bhaktapur, Taumadi Square and Pottery Square are just about 10 minutes walking distance from our homestay. Our homestay is close to bus parks to various places as well. Bus Parks for Kathmandu, Changunarayan, Nagarkot, Lalitpur and others are just 5 minutes from our homestay.
