Relax and unwind at number 12 Leamington Street. Recently renovated, this quiet back section property has lovely views of the surrounding Hanmer mountains and is just a short stroll to the centre of our beautiful alpine village full of cafe's and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa.
This property has ramp access into the property and now has three bedrooms, one with a king bed and wet floor ensuite. The second has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is larger with one queen bed and 2 king single beds and a second main bathroom. All beds have electric blankets. It has a brand new open plan kitchen, dining area adjoining the lounge which opens out to a lovely sunny deck and BBQ for outdoor entertaining while the little ones have space on the lawn to run around.
The TV is set up with Sky and Sky Sport, a CD and DVD player for your in house entertainment along with board games and puzzles and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand.
The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
