20 Rippingale Road is a gorgeous three bedroom home with view across to the local golf course - ideal for any golf enthusiasts. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which flows out onto a lovely private and fully fenced outdoor area with BBQ (gas bottle available for hire from the office). It has a gas fire in the lounge for winter and electric heating in the other rooms. Two TV's are also provided both with Chromecast, a Blu-ray player and stereo with CD player plus complimentary Wi-Fi is also available The master bedroom opens out onto the garden, with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Careful children only please. Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.

Neighbourhood information

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
