Step inside this solidly constructed timber weatherboard home and be greeted by the warmth and character of Rimu flooring, a cosy log fire, newly installed heatpump and double-glazed windows and doors throughout is sure to keep you cosy during your stay.
The open plan living has two sets of bi-folds to an extensive wrap-around deck with the bonus of a unique outdoor fire pit – a perfect place for those summer barbeques. *Please note that the fire pit is available for use during your stay however you need to be mindful of the fire restrictions and be supervised at all times.
All three bedrooms have external access for convenience and privacy, along with the family bathroom offering a large bath for added relaxation.
The massive fully fenced rear section includes an open single garage offering a 16 AMP general 3 pin socket EV charging socket and woodshed. Located in the highly sought-after “old town” of Hanmer Springs with the Heritage Forest Walks and mountain bike tracks just across the road and the shops, cafes, and thermal pools only a block away.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand.
The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
