Just a few minutes' walk from the central shopping area and thermal pools, this well-kept home has a spacious, modern interior and the kitchen overlooks out over a pond and many ducks in Chisholm Crescent. Sky TV channels include Sky Sport. There are two toilets and bathrooms - one located in the home and the other located in the semi-detached double garage. There are oil column heaters provided in each of the bedrooms to keep you warm during winter. A deck area provides a place to relax in the sun. Please note the BBQ in the photos is no longer available for use.

Neighbourhood information

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
