Nestled in the heart of the quaint village, 31 Denby Place offers a delightful retreat with panoramic views over the charming Hanmer township. This two-bedroom home is ideal for a relaxing getaway, featuring a comfortable master bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds — perfect for families or small groups.
For your comfort, the property is well-equipped with a gas fire and heat pump, ensuring warmth throughout the year. Stay connected with unlimited Wi-Fi and unwind with a variety of entertainment options on the smart TV.
Enjoy the stunning scenery from either the sunroom at the front of the house, a perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening drink, or from the back deck, where you can relax and take in the village views. Please note, while the deck provides a lovely outdoor space, the rails are quite wide, so extra caution is advised, especially with young children. The rails are set to be replaced in due course for added safety.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand.
The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
