This lovely three bedroom home is situated halfway up Alpine Avenue with fantastic views of the Hanmer Springs Basin, surrounding hills and the town below.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and are furnished with dressers. Electric blankets are on both queen beds for those cooler winter months as well as the log fire.
The owners have provided Sky TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, some DVD's and books for a nice relaxed holiday away. If you prefer to be out and about it is only a 10 min walk to the center of the village, forest walks and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools, as well as a large selection of cafes and restaurants.
Supervision may be required for littler ones as there are steps up to the front of this home and it is not fenced at the back of the section. The deck area can be fenced off with boards supplied.
Small well behaved dogs only are welcome at this property, but please not on the furniture, and don't forget to clean up after your pet before you leave.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand.
The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
