Set down a private right of way and tucked into the hillside 45 Alpine Avenue offers all the space and amenities needed for your family and friends to enjoy your home away from home. It has a lovely open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with a log burner fire and fireguard to keep you toasty and warm during the winter months and offers Sky television with Sports channels. Please note that the driveway to this home is on a steep hillside and therefore access may be challenging during snow and icy conditions. Please be advised that while this home does not allow pets the owner may from time to time bring their own.
