Centrally located and basking in all day sunshine, this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom holiday home really is the perfect family holiday base for up to 7 people. Packed with all the home comforts including complimentary Wi-Fi as well as a Smart TV, Chromecast and a selection of books and board games. Fantastic family memories will be made here. There is plenty of room spread out across the expansive open plan living, dining and kitchen, 3-bedrooms and 1-bathroom and 2-toilets. Bedroom 1 downstairs contains 1 queen bed, bedroom 2 downstairs contains a single beds and a single bunk bed, and bedroom 3 on the upstairs mezzanine contains 1 queen bed. The mezzanine floor also has an air conditioner to keep you cool on those hot summer afternoons! A cosy log fire with feature Hanmer Riverstone wall, air conditioning/heatpump and electric blankets will keep you cosy on those cooler nights, or open up the glass sliding doors and enjoy a BBQ on the expansive deck during the summer months with a friendly game of darts in the two car garage. Neighbourhood information

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
