This redecorated, fresh, contemporary, lovely, modern three bedroom home is on a rear flat section, fully fenced with a great indoor, outdoor flow perfect for entertaining with a BBQ. It contains three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and the third with king single beds. Although just one bathroom it is roomy with a separate bath to shower and a separate toilet. TV, video, DVD, stereo, a log fire with fire guard for those cold winter nights, plus a double garage all make this home ideal to holiday in. Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.

Neighbourhood information

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
