From the large 50 inch HD television in the upstairs living area to the classic 8 seating dining suite for the whole family to sit around and enjoy a meal. Featuring four generous sized bedrooms with options of both singles of zip together kings this home can cater for a group of couples, the larger extended family or an exclusive business conference. Located only a short 10 minute walk from town it has both location and privacy for your next getaway. It is also close proximity to Squirrel Lake. Wall heaters have been added to each bedroom to help with the winter chill and the pellet fire also has a heat transfer system so that the whole house is warm. This home has it all. The fire is a fuel efficient, smoke free pellet fire that creates a warmth and ambiance without the fuss and mess. As well as aircon, for those warmer months. A high chair, portacot and mountain buggy is also supplied for the parents that don't want to bring their own. Slide back the generous stacker ranch slider and let the outside world in as you step out from your open plan living area onto a private decking area where the BBQ is situated and a bar leaner to kick back and relax, or sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the bird song from the nearby Hanmer Forest.

Neighbourhood information

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
