The house is designed with open living floor areas. It is designed with an easy flow from inside onto 2 different outside balconies areas for guests with separate interests to enjoy. The well-designed garden is right by the starting point of Linton Park Reserve. Going through from the back side garden gate, you will find so much to enjoy, such as, going out for an easy walk walks along the stream, cycling a bit more than 10 km to the city, or trout fishing if you like. It is so quiet that only the songs of birds can come to crack the peaceful Karma of your mind and soul retreat. With an easy drive, it is close to loads of tourism attractions, such as TWS Paradise Valley Speedway, Paradise Valley Springs Wildlife Park, Mt. Ngongotaha Nature Loop, Aorangi Peak Lookout Park, or straight west to Redwood Activities Zones. Coming back home after the intense outdoor activities, take a mins drive, You are soaking in one of Rotorua's famous Hot Springs in the city center.
