With two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms and an outdoor dining area - the perfect spot to take in the incredible views while enjoying a meal or a glass of wine. Our top floor accommodation offers a sunny open plan living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen - the perfect spot to relax and take in the picturesque views. You will stay cozy with the fireplace, heat pump & air conditioning, and enjoy entertainment options on the smart TV with free to air and on-demand TV. If you have your own subscriptions, log in to Netflix, Prime Movies, Disney+, Apple TV, or Spotify. The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, basin, & toilet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe, and heater, while the third bedroom offers two single beds which can be converted into a king on request. Work or play on your own device at the study area with desk and external monitor, all with a view of the lake. These two bedrooms share a separate shower room and separate toilet both with hand basins. Our guests can enjoy the provided linen and towels, as well as Huia hand soap, body wash, and 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner for convenience. Tea bags, instant and plunger coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, & a small amount of oil are also provided in the kitchen, along with washing powder in the laundry. The garage can accommodate one car up to 6m long and 2m high, with space for skis, bikes, & other equipment. Two additional cars can be parked on the driveway. Please note that an apartment is located downstairs, occupied by one of the owners, but the privacy of guests on the top floor is always respected. The home is upstairs so its not suitable for infants or people with disabilities which prevent them from using stairs. Payment options are by Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay credit card or bank transfer

acomo @ Clutha is located in Peninsula Bay. Just 100 metres away is the community centre which boasts heated pools, two spa pools, and a gym, which are available for your use from December to April. No booking is required, simply access the facilities with the keycard provided. Please Note: For everyone's safety the gym is restricted to those people who are 14 years or older. There are walking and cycling tracks around in the area including Sticky Forrest which is just behind our home.
