This two-story house is located in the most amazing area of Auckland, Mount Roskill. Host lives upstairs, and you will have the entire downstairs to yourself. It has a large living area, one bedroom (queen-sized bed), a private bathroom, a Kitchen, and a dedicated office room. Free covered parking is available for one car.
It takes 8 minutes to walk to the bus stop, and you can take the 24B bus to the City Center (Queen Street and Sky Tower). Twenty minutes drive to the Auckland airport and just 1.5 km to the Southwestern Motorway. It is a five-minute drive to the supermarkets (New World and Countdown), Warehouse, McDonald's, and other shops.
