'Benrose Park" is a semi rural property 5mins from Palmerston North City. Minutes away from local supermarket and activities. Great bike rides and walks.
You are welcomed through electric gates, so very safe and secure and you have beautiful views out to the hills and Tararuas.
Surrounded by lovely gardens and lawn areas, a great place for family & friends. A wonderful home for entertaining or some quite time away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life.
Relax and unwind on the deck and enjoy the surroundings and stars at night.
The home is set amongst lovely paddocks with horses, so great if you like been surrounded by nature.
Love giving our guests a nice environment to relax and enjoy.
There are some really great walks and bike rides close by, especially the gorge tracks and rivers. There are some amazing restrauents & cafes close by. You are also close enough to town to enjoy Uber Eats or Deliver Easy if you dont feel like cooking.
Close to Manfield Car Racing track approx 10 minutes away, close to parks and gyms.
Massey University is only approx 8 minutes away
Awapuni Horse racing Track only 10 minutes away
