My husband and I, have been married for 40 years. Rick is a Kiwi and I am an American, we have lived in both countries about equally. We have 3 children, each are married and have children. I am a former caterer who loves to bake, cook and entertain friends and family. I enjoy working in our very large garden, and our grandchildren have a huge place in our lives. I feel so blessed to be able to live in this most beautiful country, and hope one day I might get to greet you when you come to stay in our Garden Retreat.

Beautiful McLaren Falls Park, Maimarino Adventure Park, the CBD, Waterfront, and Tauranga Farmers Market ( Saturday mornings). All only 10 minutes away. Wonderful Mount Maunganui, surf beach, walkways, cafes and restaurants. 18 minute drive Matamata, home of Hobbiton is 40 minutes. Easy access to to Highway 2 and Highway 29, 3 minutes to either. We are also close to several golf courses.
