'A Stone's Throw... ' is on an elevated site, in a quiet cul de sac, within 1.7kms of Oamaru's Victorian Sector & CBD (3 minute drive).
NB. Continental Breakfast IS provided FREE, and there is NO Cleaning Fee.
You will have a private, modern, self-contained, 2 x Queen size bedrooms, with your own bathroom facility to yourselves. NB. It comfortably accomodates 1 - 3 guests. Both bedrooms have glare protection & black-out curtains.Tastefully SEPARATE from owner's quarters, the floor plan of this larger property, allows for your 58m2 to be a completely separate entity, divided by locked internal double-doors in the hallway (as per photo); there are two separate external entrances, yours is the main one with the WELCOME mat.
You have a single CAR PARK available off-road plus your dedicated Courtyard to sit out in (weather permitting), access from your main bedroom. A large adjustable umbrella covers the big outdoor table & chairs to give weather protection.
Alternatively, there is an indoor table with stools. However, if you want a lounge with couches etc, this is NOT the property for you.
Please note: the sunset photo is taken from the owner's quarters. It illustrates the elevation of the property, the harbour view and the closeness to town. The last Courtyard photo was taken from the ramp, descending from the parking area; this is used exclusively by the owner, accessing her separate quarters.
NB. The property is NOT Wheelchair Accessible, as the ramp is too steep (it's been tested).
Your private entrance door is the main entrance and is at the parking level, with a short stairwell to the living area, which is all at one level.
The photo with the vintage car is taken in Harbour St, part of Oamaru's Victorian Sector and the Coastal photo is from the nearest Golf Course, 4 kms from the property, a 6 min drive away. I look forward to welcoming you! :)
