Private open plan bedroom with a Queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Tea/Coffee making facilities along with fridge. The back door leads onto a large deck with lawn and bush which has a lovely native bush walk down to the beach which is a five minute walk. Lots of bird song early in the morning and early evening. There is a chair and desk if you need a workspace area. Linen, towels, shampoo, milk, tea, coffee provided. Close to various activities, cafes and the Matakana/Omaha area. Great Kiwi watching at night out at Tawharanui Regional Park which is only a 15 min drive.

We have lived in the Rodney area for 30 years and now are semi retired. Our original background is Film & Television but for the last ten years we having been providing Horse & Carriage Rides for special occasions at the Matakana Country Park which we love doing as horses are our passion, we also have two riding horses at the park if you wish to hire them for a ride under our guidance, we always have fun giving adults their very first horse ride and make sure you're safe and comfortable.

Our property is in Campbell's Beach.There are so many things to do from here. It takes approx ten minutes to drive into the Matakana township . Things to visit are the Matakana Markets on Saturday mornings, the Matakana Country Park, big coastal beaches like Omaha, Leigh, / Tawharanui, lots of cycleways (we have two bicycles you can hire plus two horses if you want to go for a horse ride but must be booked in advance), golf courses, wineries & restaurants all at your fingertips plus plenty of cafes.
