Close to the city but with a country feel on a large 1250sqm section overlooking the Tauranga Estuary and Daisy Hardwick / Waikaraeo Walkway at your doorstep. Great for a morning stroll or bike ride. Very large 1 bdrm with Queen Bed, 1 large lounge (total 70m3). King single bed in the lounge which is very comfortable or can put roll-away single bed in bedroom for young one. Washing machine in apartment. 13 minutes to Mt Maunganui Beach. 2 km to Tauranga city and restaurants, and 1.2km to supermarket - makes this property in the perfect position. Netflix, freeview, YouTube on smart TV. Fridge, microwave, mini oven, convection hob and electric frypans for cooking, or visit one of many restaurants in Tauranga or the Mount.
I love meeting new people and being an avid world traveler myself appreciate the little touches that make a stay perfect. Our family loves walks, biking, and the beach and can point you in the right direction for a variety of activities. Let us make your stay memorable. I am available at anytime, but do appreciate your privacy and want you to have a relaxing time ... so I will leave you to enjoy your stay and hope if you need something you can come and see me or text.
Tauranga and Mt Maunganui has so much to offer - great walk and cycle ways at my doorstep, inlet beach, shops and city just 1.5km away, and Mt Maunganui beach just 9.5km away. Plenty of restaurants in Tauranga just 2-3km away. Brookfield has a great supermarket with the best bakery department in town. Guests love the area because it is so close to everything, but have the feel of being in the country as our section is very large and private. Our garden is open for you to enjoy - go down to the bottom for afternoon drinks or relaxing. Additional outdoor chairs provided.
