The best thing about our Mount house is the location. This property, although not huge, has everything you need to have an amazing stay at Mount Maunganui. Park the car up when you arrive and enjoy the best place in the bay. Two beaches within 200 meters to choose from. Pilot Bay, the safe family harbour side beach or the Surf beach. If you are travelling with children, there is parks, ice cream parlours, hot pools and the beaches within two blocks walk. If you group is a little older, and bars, cafes and nightlife are what you are into, these are a short 5 minute stroll into town. Best of all, the amazing beachside walks. Must do's - up the Mount for Sunrise or sunset, or my favorite a nice flat 2.5km walk to Tay Street Cafe for breakfast along the boardwalk, and then back along the beach.... Bliss!

We are excited to share our holiday house with you. We were living here, and recently installed a new kitchen and bathroom. Work has meant we have moved away, but we were not willing to sell this little piece of paradise.... Renting our place when we are not there means we can return to live in a few years.

Although we are in the heart of all of the action, being tucked away down a right of way, with double glazing means that you don't get the noise that roadside or beach front properties get. Our place is the second apartment of four, with people living in the first and last unit permanently.
