Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the back yard and private access to property. There is direct private access from the pool area to beach access. We have direct private access to Yale Street beach reserve, flamingo scooters and Bay Hopper Bus Stops are nearby, Bayfair shopping centre, restaurants and supermarket approx 2kms away.
