Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, this delightful apartment occupies the bottom half of a lovely house. Perfect for travelling companions, couples or small families, this cozy home has all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. A tastefully decorated lounge, with comfy couches makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the smart tv. The kitchenette has the basic essentials but not the facilities for cooking. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or in the shared garden space. This is the ground floor apartment and the bottom half of a house. Guests may be in the first floor apartment at the same time as your stay. You have your own entrance and there is a dividing door to the upstairs apartment. Neither parties will have access to the other apartments. All guests may share the back yard and consideration is required when parking on the driveway to allow access for everyone. There is a washing machine but no dryer. A toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge but no actual cooking facilities. Although we do not live on site a team member is available throughout your stay.
