Set across two spacious levels, the home enjoys views of Lake Taupo, Mt Tauhara, Taupo and the mountains in the distance. Upon entering the lower level, you'll find an internal access double garage with laundry facilities and a bedroom featuring a queen bed, set of single bunks and a kitchenette, perfect for extended family or extra guests.
Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area offers the perfect space to relax and entertain, flowing seamlessly onto a front deck and a sun-soaked rear garden with a BBQ area. The fully fenced garden is ideal for keeping kids safe and making the most of the all-day sun.
The master bedroom, complete with a king bed, a large wardrobe, and a spacious ensuite, is located on one side of the home. Two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds, are situated on the opposite side, sharing a large family bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a convenient scullery for added space.
This home is perfect for a family getaway or a trip with friends.
