Think totally retro, think totally funky - think Holidays on Hampton! This is a classic 1960's Whangamata bach with plenty of colour. The owners have converted the garage to allow two rooms & an additional bathroom. This could be the ideal hang-out space for the teens. Inside the main bach you will find three bedrooms, a cozy kitchen, bathroom & living area. *Pets allowed by prior arrangement only*. Pet-bond & pet-fee apply. Property is fully-fenced, but fencing is not high at front of property. Maximum 12 guests. Bedroom 1: 1 x Super-King and 1x Set of bunks (suitable for children only) Bedroom 2: 1 x Super-King Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Converted Garage: 1 x Queen & 1x Single bed with 1x Single trundler bed. Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. Minimum check in age: 25
