Kuratau is a 3 bedroom bach, sitting right across the road from the Kuratau River mouth. A true classic kiwi bach, Kurutau is a relaxed base for your next getaway! Stay toasty after a swim by the fireplace and enjoy easy summer nights with the BBQ on hand. There is a spacious private section on the property, which is great for a family game of backyard cricket in the sun! Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 single bunk sets, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. This is a great option for family group. Unwind at the bach in the sunshine or head out to explore Kurutau and spend days on the water. This area is one of the best for fly fishing at Lake Taupō; so be sure to pack the fishing rods when you come to holiday at this peaceful and relaxing Kuratau bach! Firewood is not provided, however the local convenience store sells bags of note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. On the opposite side of the lake to Taupo, Kuratau is a small peaceful town with plenty of outdoor activities on offer. Spend the day out on the water with kayaks, boats and water skis, or go fly fishing for rainbow trout in the Tongariro River. Being further away from the bustle of Taupo, it's also an ideal location for a relaxing holiday to get away from it all.
