Nestled in the heart of this enchanting alpine town on New Zealand's South Island, our accommodation promises not only modern comfort but also breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lake. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, an adventure seeker, or simply looking for a tranquil getaway, our Wānaka apartment is the perfect place to call home during your stay. Our lovely newly constructed house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment is attached to our own private property and has been designed in such a way that you will feel you still have your own privacy. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is bathed in afternoon sun and has stunning views of the lake, and the beautiful snow covered mountains.

There are areas of the property that are awaiting our tender love and care, however, the area around the apartment has been completed for you to enjoy. Guest parking is directly to the left of the black garage, make your way along the pathway to the side of the garage and follow the pavers to your very own private access. We also have the absolute delight of sharing our family home with our gorgeous cavoodle "Colin". He is super friendly and you may see him during your stay.

Our property is located in a quiet, peaceful new sub-division, which has great views of the lake. It is 20ish minute walk to the lake foreshore and the famous Wānaka Tree. Follow the boardwalk that runs alongside the lake towards the vibrancy of our township, where you will find lots of places to enjoy a meal, local wine, retail therapy and of course relax. The property is located in a low traffic area and free parking is available. You can decide how you would like to visit some of Wānaka's favourite spots - walking, biking or travelling by car. There is also several local taxi companies that offer a great service.
