Welcome to our stunning, brand new 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse located less than 10 minutes' drive from the CBD. This spacious and modern house is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. It is located a short walk from Gloucester and Worcester Streets. There are numerous great eateries close by for dining; otherwise, the property comes with a fully equipped kitchen. This property comes with a free allocated car park. This 2-storey townhouse has the living, dining, kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. A sofa bed is located in the living area, bed linen is an extra cost for sofa bed. The first floor contains the two bedrooms with Queen bed and bathroom. Upper floors accessed by stairs only. The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Should you choose to dine out it is a very short walk to a number of restaurants, bars, eateries and cafes. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our quality bed linen. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. Guests will have the entire property to use themselves and travelling companions. A keypad access makes it easy to enter the property without the worry of keys. The property does come with an allocated car park on site plus additional street parking. City Noise - Please note the property is located near the road and some intersections and has usual street noise. This includes pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.
