The scenic backdrop is like looking at a canvas from the spacious living areas, master bedroom & upstairs guest room. Escape to Wanaka and enjoy living in this modern, two-level holiday home. Each morning wake up to the spectacular views. Breakfast inside or out on the deck before you head out for an adventurous day. The open plan living area is furnished with comfortable stylish furniture to relax and unwind after your day out. Watch the picturesque night lights of Wanaka from the living areas & upstairs bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equiped for all your cooking needs & there is a gas BBQ on the deck. The living areas are snuggly warm with the gas fire & heat pump. Recline on the sofa & watch Freeview or Netflix, Youtube channels on a new Smart Samsung QLED 55in TV.
Access to a large double garage is down a steep driveway.
I have enjoyed welcoming guests to our luxury holiday homes over the last several years & have achieved Superhost with both properties achieving all 5 star ratings. We pride ourselves in this home away from home, we are confident our guests will enjoy this beautifully appointed home with spectacular Lake & Mountain Views.
Recreation time for me is water skiing, snow skiing, scuba diving, walking/hiking my dog Denzel & Burmese cats Mick & Ringo, travel & drinking wine. I live in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds most of the year.

Luxury Lakeview Apartment is situated opposite Lismore Park (Frisbee golf course). The living areas seem to float above the Lake. The walk to town is approximately 10 minutes. The yacht racing (during the season) on a Thursday evening starts directly out from the deck & is wonderful to watch sipping on a beer or wine. This apartment is well located & private for you to thoroughly enjoy your vacation.
Luxury Lakeview Vista is the perfect base for your summer or winter holiday, providing easy access to all that Wanaka has to offer; ski fields, mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, boating, fishing and vineyards for wine tasting & lunch. Queenstown is only an hour away.
