It's ideally situated just 9 minutes from a supermarket as well as some of the top restaurants, cafes, and breweries in the Waikato. Main Bedroom: The main bedroom features an inviting king bed with quality linens, a wardrobe and spacious ensuite bathroom including basic amenities, body wash and a hair dryer. Second Bedroom: Perfect for families or friends, the second bedroom includes two king single beds, accommodating up to two guests comfortably. Upon request we can provide a porta cot, baby bath and highchair. The heart of the home is the fully equipped modern kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need to entertain, complete with an island for casual dining and socializing. Included in the kitchen is basic cooking aids such as oil, salt, pepper and baking paper and the basic tea, coffee, sugar and a small milk. The lounge features a 43inch smart TV, fast Wifi and some books and games to enjoy. A laundry with washing machine, clothes horse and outside line is also included to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Step outside to the spacious deck, it's the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation where you may hear the surrounding country animals including local ducks, chickens, pukekos, horses budgies and dogs. There is also a second separate bathroom with shower, accessible for the whole house.

Camarosa restaurant is 5 minutes drive, located at 11 Davison Road and open from 8am Monday-Sunday. Bootleg Brewery with tap room and food is 4 minutes drive, located at 452b Tauwhare Road, Matangi, check website for hours.
