The kitchen has utensils/appliances, Bosch oven & AEG induction cook top. Fully tiled bathroom with LED strip sensor lighting. Direct access to your own fully fenced courtyard with outdoor furniture (cushions in garage). ~5-10min walk to Merivale Mall & bars, 5-10min Uber to central city.
