The surrounding areas at Pakawau will give you plenty of opportunities to explore the mountains, nature and all-round beautiful regions that are part of this stunning peninsula. One of the most amazing ways of doing this is to do horseriding! If you’re a keen angler, then there are plenty of streams and rivers from which to fish. Mohuaiti is waiting for you! Pakawau is a peaceful coastal town in Golden Bay, just 15 minutes north of Collingwood. The golden sand beach is wonderfully sheltered for safe swimming and is a popular fishing spot for locals.
