A spacious, comfortable, stylish and refurbished 1 bedroom ground floor self-contained apartment. About 40 metres to the water's edge and reserve, ideal place for water sports, picnic, and sunbathing. It's 10 mins to the city, less than 10 minutes to the Arena and 20 mins to Mount Maunganui during off peak hours. Prime, beautiful location close to family-friendly activities, local shops and public transport. Off street parking available.
Lynn & Duncan absolutely love living in Tauranga, spending time in nature and living near the water's edge. We find happiness in the simple pleasures of family life but also like to treat ourselves, when time allows! By dining out in one of the many great restaurants popping up on the Tauranga fine dining scene or just unwinding in a mineral hot pool.
We are located very close to the water. It is a family friendly location where you can take your family near the water to do picnic or just chill and watch the sunset. On top of the street there is a fish and chips, dairy, liquor place, and in another few steps there is a BP Petrol station. The area is about 3 minutes away from a small town center which has a pharmacy, dimsum place, cafe, salon, post office, bakery, etc. Ask us about anything else we missed.
