SUVs, UTEs, vans, and any larger vehicles will not be accommodated due to size restrictions. The reception team can assist you with alternative parking sites near the hotel.
All credit cards, international debit cards, and PayWave will incur a 2% surcharge. New Zealand EFTPOS cards or cash do not incur any surcharge.
Due to health & safety reasons and emergency protocols, we do not allow any rooms with more than 4 guests at a time, including visitors.
