Set overlooking Akaroa Harbour, Oinako Bed & Breakfast is a 2-minute walk from the main wharf, shops and restaurants. Guests receive free WiFi and free onsite parking. All rooms offer harbour or garden views, a seating area and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Oinako is a gorgeous historic home offering Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the charming township of Akaroa. Lovingly restored, Oinako features beautiful period details, superb harbour views and peaceful surroundings.
Our guestrooms are elegantly styled, with modern comforts with deluxe ensuites. Located on the first floor, rooms overlook the harbour or surrounding hills and garden. Guests may enjoy the harbour views from the shared upstairs balcony, relax in the guest lounge or find a private spot in the garden.
Leisurely breakfasts are served in the original dining room overlooking the garden. We serve a deluxe continental breakfast, which includes a petite cooked “breakfast of the day”. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements.
Perfectly located to discover the charms of Akaroa, the main pier, restaurants, shops and excursions are a two-minute stroll away. We look forward to welcoming you to Oinako, a special place to be.
