Discover the perfect blend of comfort and peace in this lovely 3-bedroom apartment located on the entire upper floor of a large and sturdy family home.
The three-sided wrap-around covered deck provides lovely views of the Orewa River estuary, a respite from the busy world.
The dual lounges allow separate socialising areas or one can be used for work, adding function to form and convenience.
Situated on a cul-de-sac it's quiet and only a 2 minute walk to the estuary, 10 to the beach.
Your hosts live right next door, ready to assist with any questions or concerns, ensuring your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
