Thanks for taking the time to read about me. I’ve always worked in an environment that is customer focused, which has helped as I embarked on a short-term rental business. I have been in the short rental business since 2022 and find it very rewarding making a positive impact on my guests' stay. I have traveled a lot both overseas, in New Zealand and enjoy experiencing different types of accommodation. It’s great to see what impacts a guest's stay, both negatively and positively. My one cool place right on Princess Wharf will blow your mind, once you open the door after you have parked your car in your own undercover free car park and taken a walk all undercover to Unit 25 in Shed 19, you will be attracted by the wrap-around windows and the two balconies yes two and the massive deck. The view down to the ferry terminal is fantastic, Look left and the outer harbour or the bow of a cruise ship, right to the hustle and bustle of Quay Street and what it brings by being out over the water in Auckland city looking back at it, Directly out in front is Auckland’s ferry terminal, there is always something going on the front of my One Cool Place. There is only One Cool Place in the city where you can stay out over the water and Princess Wharf is it. If you want an unforgettable stay in Auckland then book now! Property Layout This is a nice size Studio Apartment on the 5th Floor, right on the corner of Shed 19. Being on the end you won’t wake up one morning and open your curtains and be looking at a port hole from a Cruise ship that came in while you were asleep - cool but distracting. You will be close to the ships but they won’t disrupt your view and enjoyment of this place. There is a massive deck for your viewing and entertainment pleasure, Get a few friends together, invite them over and then not many steps away is the Viaduct Harbour. If you don’t feel like cooking, dine in one of the many eating establishments check out a few here or start with a drink from a range of great bars to enjoy. How great is it after a night out to be able to walk minutes back to your accommodation? Also, we do simple, your check-in will be simple, and getting access will be simple, If you stay more than 7 days we will pay for the cleaners to come in clean for you. There is a fold out extra bed so you can sleep up to 4 people in this lovely studio unit.

Right in the hear of Downtown Auckland on princess wharf over the water, it just doesn't get much better than this as a location for Auckland. Right across the road from the Viaduct harbour, Down the road from the Ferry terminal, There are so many bars, Restaurants all within walking distance of One Cool Place. 5 Min walk to Wynard Quarter and then old Tank farm and some more bars and Restaurants. Being in the heart of Auckland City everything starts from here, Catch a Ferry to Devonport Catch a Ferry to Waiheke and visit the vineyards. Got for a sail in the harbour, go whale watching, Hire a bike and ride to Mission Bay, Uber to the museum, Catch a train to Onehunga, New Market, Sylvia Park and go shopping, 4 shopping malls you can go to via the train and the train station in a few minutes walk away. Commercial Bay Shopping Centre is across the road, This place is amazing and worth checking it out, Some really cool restaurants in there.
