There's plenty of space both indoors and out for the whole family, with three bedrooms across two levels and a rooftop sundeck. Sandcastles on Tay is pet-friendly too, so your furry family members can come along for the fun! Open plan living is on tiles with underfloor heating - perfect for both sandy feet and in the winter months! This flows out onto the private back patio with two outdoor dining areas and a cute small chair perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun. The garage converted into a rumpus room is stocked with books and board games, plus a comfy chair to relax in while you catch up on some holiday reading. Sandcastles on Tay is in a great location on Tay Street, only 4 minutes walk to the beach, stopping past Tay St Beach Cafe for delicious brunch or coffee. Take the boogie boards provided down for fun in the waves, or fly a kite at Blake Park. You're also very close to the international cricket grounds for anyone keen to catch a match! This is a wonderful holiday home for families, close to the heart of the action but down a peaceful street away from the bustling main strip. You're just a 5-minute drive to the Mount Hot Pools and walking track up famous Mt Maunganui. After a day of adventures, return home to enjoy a drink on the rooftop sundeck with stellar views across Mt Maunganui. Magical family memories await at Sandcastles on Tay! Guests are to use the left side of the driveway and the under cover parking on the left note that the upstairs bedroom does not have a door and is accessed directly from the top of the note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
