Sea Path is a spacious & modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with excellent views over Nelson's beautiful waterfront! 
You'll love the short walk to some of Nelson's best dining options, swim spots & cafes!
Just a short drive or moderate walk to the city centre or Nelson's Tahunanui Beach - there are lots of great spots, like the Maitai River Walkway, Magazine Point or Sublime Cafe for you to discover along the way!
**NOTES:
Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for 1 standard vehicle. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m. 
Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.
Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.
 **One of our team will travel to meet you to provide access. Check in is available between 2pm and 8pm. Later check-in may be possible if needed however an after hours charge will apply. 
**BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
