Sit back and relax in style as you take in the stunning water views and natural beauty of the Marlborough Sounds. Located just a short stroll down to the shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and about 1km to Interislander Ferry or just take a wander along the beautiful Picton waterfront 5mins walk away. Then stroll back to comfort at Sea-Renity apartment one to recharge and reset.
The property is elevated and has level access for off loading luggage and guests but the off street parking is below the property with gently flight of steps back up to the property.
We have a passion for exploring new places and love the Marlborough region. It is truly an iconic and beautiful region from the mountains to the sea. There are stunning walks, the incredible Marlborough Sounds, wineries, museums, and some great restaurants.
We do not live on site so if there are any issues during your stay please call Grant or Gina.
